The Wisconsin Rehabilitation Council (WRC) and the Department of Workforce Development (DWD) will hold hearings regarding the State Plan for Vocational Rehabilitation Services. We are seeking comment to help us set the needs and priorities for services that lead to employment for citizens with disabilities.
WRC is composed of citizens appointed by the Governor who consult with and advise the State of Wisconsin regarding vocational rehabilitation services. DWD is the state agency responsible for Wisconsin's vocational rehabilitation program. DWD administers this program through its Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
Single copies of the State Plan for Vocational Rehabilitation services are available by writing to: DVR Policy Coordinator, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, P.O. Box 7852, Madison, WI 53707. Alternate formats are available upon request. The State Plan is also available at: http://dwd.wisconsin.gov/dvr.

If you wish to speak at a hearing, register with the site coordinator when you arrive. Written comments received by May 30, 2012, will be given the same weight as comments made in person at a hearing. Written comments may be mailed to: WRC/DVR Joint Hearing, P.O. Box 7852, Madison, WI 53707-7852.
