Medicaid (MA) Maximum Allowable Fee Schedules

The Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS) has a web site which lists all of the Medicaid Maximum Allowable Fee Schedules and also gives instructions on how to obtain and read these schedules.

The following schedules (which are used by DVR staff) are downloaded from DHFS's site.
