October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)!

Wisconsin's Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and its Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) are celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month during the month of October. 

During the month, DWD will feature DVR consumers who have made strides in achieving their employment goals. Additional information regarding NDEAM.

Staff members are located throughout office/service locations throughout the State (including Job Centers) in addition to our Central Administrative Office in Madison.

The Role of VR Staff

DVR has embraced the concept of teaming as a way for all staff to work together toward our common goals and to achieve our mission:

To obtain, maintain and improve employment for people with disabilities by working with VR consumers, employers and other partners.
