Civil Rights Compliance
Division of Family Supports receives federal money from the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and Agriculture; as a result we must comply with Federal Civil Rights laws and regulations. Since this is the source of the funds you have received or will receive from DFS, you also, are required, as a condition of receipt of the funds, to comply with these same Civil Rights laws.
