Training is offered annually on Civil Rights Compliance In Service Delivery.  Additionally training is offered at the beginning of the planning cycle on developing a civil rights compliance plan.

Civil Rights Training on Assurances and Plan Requirements for DWD/DHFS Recipients 2007 – 2009 (web cast 11-14-2006)

This training is intended to provide direction on how to determine what a recipient is required to submit (Letter of Assurance or Plan) along with instruction on completion of those required documents.
