Monitoring

To ensure compliance with the Civil Rights requirements, the division periodically conducts on-site monitoring visits of recipient agencies. These agencies are also expected to conduct annual compliance reviews of their sub-contractors and/or sub-grantees.

This page provides agency access to the division policy, plan and the monitoring tool that are used during on-site visits.  Also on this page you will find a self-assessment tool for use by the recipient agency in meeting the Civil Rights Plan requirement of conducting an annual self-assessment.
