This contract line is restricted based upon instructions from the Bureau of Child Support (BCS). The incentive amount over the initial funding amount will be available by July 1 and counties will only receive an amount up to the amount of a Plan submitted by each county to BCS. Once the county Plan is received & approved, the amount on this restricted contract line will be transferred to the matchable ARRA-funded incentives/contract code 7556.
