Child Support Qualifying Non IV-D Activities

Federal financial participation (FFP) is available for non IV-D fiscal activities performed by the child support agency, including: court order entry, adjusting accounts, conducting case audits, and answering account questions.  The eligible non IV-D activity costs for qualifying cases, as shown on the TRAN report, should be reported on this line.

Reimbursement for these costs is currently suspended until further direction from OCSE.

Costs associated with issuing an income withholding order for non IV-D cases are never eligible for FFP funding and should not be reported on this line.
