Medical Support Liability (MSL) Incentive Adjustment

FOR STATE USE ONLY

This is an annual, one-time adjustment for reconciliation of the actual earned MSL incentive to the estimated monthly incentive payments made during the year. The earned incentive is 15% of the MSL collections.

Line code 7334 is used for the adjustment in even-numbered federal fiscal years (October to September); line code 7335 is used in odd-numbered federal fiscal years.
