DV Under-represented Populations

Report expenditures for services that do any of the following:

• Provide accessible, effective, and culturally-appropriate services to victims of domestic violence from traditionally under-served groups;
• Eliminate barriers to safety and support services for victims of domestic abuse from traditionally under-served groups;
• Create strong, collaborative partnerships between domestic violence programs and other specialized service providers, support agencies, or communities.
