NEG WI 28 Western WI Flood Disaster - Participant Fringe Benefits

This code is used for fringe benefits paid on behalf of participants engaged in temporary disaster-related recovery and relief employment.  Must be comparable to benefits of employees doing similar work for the same employer.  No contributions may be made to retirement funds.
