W-2 Benefits

FOR STATE USE ONLY

Costs reported on the following CORe codes will be funded through this contract code:

• 2401 W-2 Transition (W-2T) Benefits;
• 2402 W-2 Community Service Jobs (CSJ) Benefits;
• 2403 W-2 Custodial Parent of an Infant (CMC) Benefits; and
• 2404 W-2 No Slot Benefits.

All benefit costs will be reported to CORe through an upload prepared by the State based on benefit payment activity in the Client Assistance for Reemployment and Economic Support (CARES) system.
