The Long-Term Participant Job Attainment Performance Outcome Take Back amount is a monthly amount DCF will subtract from the W-2 Contractor’s Long-Term Participant Job Attainment Outcome Payment (CORe Code 2356) based upon the number of Long-Term Participant Job Attainment Performance Outcomes for which the agency has previously received a payment but after receiving the payment the claim was either withdrawn by the W-2 Contractor or denied by the state.
