Katrina Emergency Payment

Report expenditures for short-term nonrecurring cash benefits for participants displaced by Hurricane Katrina. These nonrecurring, short-term benefits are designed to deal with a specific crisis situation or episode of need and are not intended to meet recurrent or ongoing needs. Do not report expenditures incurred prior to September 21, 2004.
