Contracted Child Care

Report all approved contracted Child Care expenses per the approved plan filed with DFS Child Care section and as specified in the addenda to the W-2 contract. 

The Contracted Child Care costs include the cost of the W-2 Contract Agency on-site child care provided to clients who have appointments or are in training programs in the agency.  Included are costs of child care staff and other costs as described in the approved plan.
