Reporting Instructions: CORe Code 2281

– Real Work Real Pay (RWRP) Job Development & Retention

Report costs associated with placing W-2 participants on a RWRP work site. Include costs such as:

• Identifying RWRP employers;
• Developing and administering worksite agreements; and
• Job retention and advancement services.

Allowable costs include, but are not limited to, the salary, fringe, travel, supplies, and occupancy for staff and first line supervision, and related supportive services costs, except transportation.

All County Allocated Non-Direct RWRP Job Development and Job Retention costs must be reported on CORe code 8281 Cnty Alloc Non-Direct Costs – RWRP Job Development & Retention. ;County agencies may only report Direct RWRP Job Development and Job Retention costs on this CORe code.

The costs reported on this CORe code (and CORe code 8281 ) will be charged against your RWRP Services funding, CORe Contract code 2280.
