W-2 Other Work Activities

Report costs for W-2 eligible applicants and participants such as:

• Costs associated with, providing W-2 orientation, conducting informal assessments, developing an employability plan, administering the Barrier Screening Tool, conducting fact findings and providing appropriate case management.
• Costs of drug tests required for applicants and participants with a convicted drug felony.
• Costs associated with conducting individual and group job search, job readiness and motivation, job development, employment counseling, job clubs, dissemination of labor market information, services to develop pre-employment retention skills.
• Costs of line staff and front line supervisor's salary, fringe benefits, direct costs (such as supplies, rent, computer costs, utilities, etc.) and indirect costs (such as allocated share of direct supervision costs) for individuals involved in providing other work activities, and related supportive services costs, except transportation.

Transportation related costs are to be reported on CORe Code 2215 W-2 Transportation.
