Medicaid Agency Incentives

This item is originally reported in CARES.  The state transfers the information to this CORe code.

The state will enter 15% of Medicaid collections for fraud and client error types. This State adjustment includes recoupments, offsets, returns, all cash and non-cash adjustments, transfers and refunds.  The state will use CARES reports CBV262RA, Monthly Overpayment Collections by Agency and CBV066RA, AFDC/W2/FS Claim Activity, to calculate the amount reported on this code.
