AFDC Agency Collections Take Back

This item is originally reported in CARES.  The state transfers the information to this CORe code.

The State will take back 100% of all cash collections for AFDC (all error types) less any refunds, payment reversals, or cash adjustments made by the agency.  This state adjustment should be a negative amount and reduce the agency payment.  The State will use CARES reports CBV262RA, Monthly Overpayment Collections by Agency and CBV066RA, AFDC/W2/FS Claim Activity, to calculate the amount reported on this code.
