Food Share Employment and Training (FSET) – Enrollment/Orientation Case Management

Report all expenditures involved in planning, implementing and operating the activities associated with enrollment/orientation and case management.

Enrollment/Orientation Case Management is the process of providing comprehensive information to the participant about the FSET program including offered activities, supportive services available as well as other information including services available in the community and follow up on the progress of the client’s education or training activities.

Examples of allowable costs include: salary, fringe, travel, training, supplies, and occupancy for staff and first line supervision (including subcontracted costs).

Do not report direct transportation costs or participant supportive services costs on this line code. Transportation costs are reported on code 0876 FSET Transportation, and Supportive Services costs are reported on code 0877 FSET Supportive Services.

Amounts reported in this code roll to contract code 0875 FSET Administration.
