W-2 Estate Collections

Collections reported on this code include amounts recovered from an estate or windfall or collection of a lien of property. The County may also sue a parent or parents who was or is a recipient and who acquired property by: gift or inheritance, sale of assets, or a court judgment (excluding a homestead awarded in a divorce proceeding, settlement of a damage claim, or who is the winner of a prize or lottery).
