This code is a non-reimbursable code and costs reported here are for informational purposes only. Only report the Agency's direct telecommunication costs of the W-2 program. Exclude indirect costs and costs incurred by subcontractors.
Reportable costs include the W-2 costs for routine monthly telecommunication services, including cell phones, land lines, long distance calls and internet access. Also included are one-time items such as purchase of telephones or a voicemail system.
