Reporting Instructions: DCF CORe Code 2207
W-2 Work Experience
Report costs for W-2 eligible participants who have been placed on a Trial Job, Community Service Job (CSJ) or W-2 Transition (W-2T) work training/experience site such as:
- Costs associated with assigning an individual to a CSJ or W-2T work experience site, including, but not limited to, developing CSJ and W-2T work experience sites, monitoring those sites, meetings with site supervisors to discuss participant progress, and related case management. Include costs associated with skills training directed by the work site employer.
- Costs associated with assignment of an individual to a Trial Job employer, such as identifying potential Trial Job employers, developing and administering contracts, and related case management. The actual Trial Job employer subsidy is to be reported on
CORe code 2220.
Allowable costs include, but are not limited to, the salary, fringe, travel, training, supplies, and occupancy for staff and first line supervision,
and related supportive services costs, except transportation. Include the cost of Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage for the CJS and W-2T participant.
Transportation related costs are to be reported on CORe Code
2215 W-2 Transportation.
