Report collections from Third Party Liabilities AFDC collections. This includes collections received from an insurance company or other person liable for AFDC payments.
Report 100% of collections as a Negative Number.
The state will allocate 15% of the amount reported as an incentive and the incentive will be reported in Code 9288.
