These jobs are open ONLY to Current Classified Employees in Wisconsin State Civil Service. This includes seasonal employees, employees on probation, and employees who are not serving on a limited term or project employment basis. The TRANSFER opportunities that are listed below are also open to persons eligible for reinstatement into classified Wisconsin State Civil Service.
DWD has an automated system that generates a list of names of employees who
are interested in transfer or demotion to a vacancy. In order to get your name
into the DWD automated transfer system, you will need to complete the
DWD Transfer,
Demotion, Reinstatement Form. The completion of this form
does not guarantee permissive consideration for every vacancy in which you are
