Paper Wage Reports

Employers who Report Wages for FEWER than 25 Employees

Beginning with reports filed for 3rd quarter of 2008, paper wage reports will be accepted only from employers who report wages for fewer than 25 employees per quarter.

Employers who Report Wages for 25 or MORE Employees

If you report 25 or more employees per quarter, your Quarterly Wage Report must be filed electronically via the Internet.

Reporting Wages Online

Reporting wages online is easier, more accurate and more efficient. If you store your payroll data on a computer, we strongly encourage use of these reporting methods.

Paper Reporting

We supply forms free of charge for employers still reporting on paper. Forms may be requested via e-mail from wagenet@dwd.wisconsin.gov or by calling (608) 266-6877.
