Corrections to Data Previously Reported

Corrections to wage data via the Internet

Replacement files are accepted electronically via our Internet Wage File Upload process.

Replacement files can be uploaded to our website at http://unemployment.wisconsin.gov by selecting the File Tax and Wage Reports link, and logging in to Employer Online Services. After login, navigate to the Wage Report File Upload page, and select the Append option if you wish to add data for employees not previously reported, or the Replacement option if you want to correct detail records for wages already posted to your account.

If only a few adjustments are necessary to the SSN, Name, or Wage data, please do not upload a replacement file, but instead report your adjustment on-line by logging into our website at http://unemployment.wisconsin.gov. After logging in, access the Employer Home page and then select the link to Enter Tax and Wage Report Adjustments. You can also report your adjustment on paper as described below.

Note: performing on-line wage adjustments requires on-line access to an employer's UI account.
