Unemployment Insurance Handbook for Employers (UCB-201-P)
Section 4 - Wage Reporting

PART 6 - Correcting Information Previously Reported

Corrections To Data Submitted via the Internet

Replacement files will be accepted via Wage File Upload on our website. Once you have accessed the Wage Report File Upload screen, select the option for Replacement Wage Report. Note that replacement files must be limited to a single employer, quarter and year (see Part 2 for more information on Internet Reporting using Wage File Upload).

If only a few adjustments are necessary, please do not upload a replacement file, but instead report your adjustment online via our website. From the Employer Home page, select the link to Enter Tax and Wage Report Adjustments. You can also report adjustments on paper as instructed below.

Note: performing online wage adjustments requires online access to an employer's UI account.
